Thanks to Penn Manor High School students and community members, Conestoga 3rd graders were able to learn first hand about different areas of agriculture careers. Students learned about poultry, sheep, hogs, dairy farming and fruit and vegetable farming. A big thank you to community members for sharing their experience and knowledge. Community members included Mr. and Mrs. Hess (Hogs), Mrs. Brenneman (fruits and vegetables), and Mr. and Mrs. Stoner (dairy farming). Below are pictures from the different sessions.
