Conestoga Elementary School will shift to Full Remote Learning format for Wednesday, December 16. All co-curricular activities during this period are canceled, and the building is closed to students.
Students will receive live, virtual video instruction tomorrow. Students will sign-in to the Google Meet provided by their teacher through Google Classroom or Seesaw accounts and follow the teachers’ expectations for the class. Students are to be prepared for learning, have all class materials, work in a space that is free from distractions, and be actively participating during the class.
In addition to participating in the virtual class, students will complete a daily assignment for each day. This assignment is due by the end of the school day. These two components will indicate a student’s attendance for the day. Parents are to contact the school if special arrangements are needed.
This decision was made in response to the recommended framework from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for actions necessary following the identification of active COVID-19 cases.
