Once again this year, Clipper Magazine Stadium and the Lancaster Barnstormers have paired up to offer their annual “Reading with the Barnstormers” program. This is to not only encourage your child to read, but to increase the reading time at home. Your child will receive a “voucher” which is good for one seat to a baseball game on either May 11, May 24 or May 25 at 7 p.m. All three of the dates will have fireworks after the game.
All you have to do is call the Lancaster Barnstormers’ office & order your actual physical game ticket. Trade in the voucher for the ticket at the box window – free of charge.
To make the evening extra special, the Barnstormers will celebrate all students who have earned their ticket through reading prior to each Reading Night game. Students should arrive by 6 p.m. for a special pre-game recognition ceremony that will take place on the field.
